How To Submit Your Entries

• Online submission for the Color Category  is closed.
• Submission of Monochrome  is closed.

Judging for Members' Competition is completed on Sun 25th Mar 4:00pm. 
Prize Presentation was carried out on Fri 20th Apr 7:30pm.

If you are participating in the digital submission of Members' Competition for the first time, please Register for an account first.  If you have participated in last year's competition, simply login to the account you have previously created.   The links for Registrater page and Login page is at the top right hand corner of the website.

I am unable to have access to the link for online submission for Colour category. The webpage is unavailable.
Could you please look into the matter? If the issue persists, do consider submission via email please.

The site is now back online.

Your hosting site have problem uploading the files. It keep showing Invalid mimic file type despite is a Jpeg file. Besides, it shows the deadline for submission is 23 March 2012 and also contradicts the theme on Action. It shows both section to be free theme with any subject. Pls verify. Cannot upload the pictures till now.

The site is now back online.

Hi Steven,

The uploading site is working, I just tried.  Earier fault at the host is retified.

Due to the down time, we have decided to extend the closing date to 23 Mar 2012.  SO members have more time now to upload their images.

Due to budget constraint, we have decided to have only one section for color.  It will be on the theme "ACTION" and submit online.

You may want to try uploading again now.

The submission proper thru' the "host" contest for the Members Competiton 2011/12 does not have gave the person submitting any confirmation.
The "host" contest would only let the participant to save or either review what you have the files uploaded has been save.
By "save" does it means that one has submitted his entry?
Or does it means by the due date of 23rd March 2012, the system "host" has collected your entry/entries and deem to have submitted by the entrant/s?

As to the main forum on the photo competition, could the moderator modify to the current, rather than link to SAFRAPC Events instead?

Just to add on to Victor's point, the host photo contest site, allows you to review your submitted photos, and also allow you to change your mind and change the photos you are submitting before the closing date.
